Features that turn conversations into progress

JojoTalk is an AI language tutor you can talk to about anything. After each conversation you get a transcript, clear corrections and the words worth learning — explained in the language you already speak.

Talk with an AI tutor about anything

Jojo is a friendly practice partner who is always ready to talk. Pick a topic — or just start chatting — and practice the kind of conversations you will have in real life.

  • Talk about any topic, from ordering food to a job interview
  • Ask questions naturally, just like you would a person
  • Get follow-up questions that keep the conversation going
  • Practice real-world communication at your own pace
  • Choose the language you speak and the language you are learning
  • Start right away — no account needed to try
  • Every conversation becomes personal learning material

Jojo is an AI. It is a patient and helpful partner, but it can occasionally misunderstand or make mistakes.

See your conversation written out

Speaking is fast. Reviewing is where you learn. After a conversation, you can read the transcript and see exactly what you said.

  • Record a conversation by speaking, or complete it in the app
  • Read the written transcript of both sides
  • Revisit what you said and how the conversation developed
  • Use your own sentences as study material
  • Go back over the difficult parts
  • Return to previous conversations where the app supports it

Understand exactly how to improve

JojoTalk looks through your conversation and points out things you can improve — with the corrected sentence and a short explanation in your own language.

  • Grammar mistakes
  • Word-choice problems
  • Sentence-structure issues
  • Unnatural phrasing
  • Vocabulary problems
  • Translation-related issues, where relevant
  • Mistakes you tend to repeat

Not every suggestion is a mistake

We separate real errors from style tips, so you always know what matters most.

  • IncorrectGrammar

Grammatically or factually wrong. Worth fixing.

    You said
    Yo gusta la paella.
    Suggestion
    Me gusta la paella.
    Why
“Gustar” works like “to please”: the thing you like is the subject.
    Example
Me gustan los tacos. (I like tacos.)
  • More naturalPhrasing

Understandable, but a native speaker would usually say it differently.

    You said
    Tengo mucha hambre de comer.
    Suggestion
    Tengo mucha hambre.
    Why
“Hambre” already means hunger for food, so “de comer” is unnecessary.
    Example
    ¿Tienes hambre? (Are you hungry?)
  • Alternative expressionStyle

Your sentence is fine — here is another way to say it.

    You said
    La comida está muy buena.
    Suggestion
    La comida está buenísima.
    Why
Both are correct. “Buenísima” sounds a little more expressive and warm.
    Example
    ¡El pastel está riquísimo!

Learn the words from your own conversations

Words you struggled with, or words worth knowing, are picked out of your conversation — so you learn vocabulary you actually need.

  • The word and its meaning
  • A translation into your own language
  • What it meant in your conversation
  • An example sentence
  • Pronunciation, where available
  • Save words and come back to review them

Three daily words, made to stick

Each day brings three useful words. Three is intentionally small — easy to fit into a busy day, which makes it easier to keep going.

  • The word and its meaning in your language
  • An example sentence
  • A short note on how it is used
  • Difficulty level, where available
  • Pronunciation, where available
  • Save the words you want to keep

Streaks that encourage, not punish

Your streak counts active learning days, so you can see your habit grow. It is there to motivate you — not to make you feel bad.

  • See your current streak at a glance
  • A day counts when you do something meaningful: a conversation, a conversation analysis, your daily words or a vocabulary review
  • Friendly, positive reminders — no guilt trips
  • Consistency over intensity: a little every day goes a long way
